Yesterday at the flea market, I found a jacket that immediately started giving me ideas. Not just an outfit idea, unfortunately for my closet, about four.
I feel like some clothes tell you exactly how they want to be worn. This jacket does not. It’s basically a little fashion shapeshifter, and I wanted to see just how many personalities I could pull out of it.
For the first outfit, I paired it with a black top, long necklaces, a slouchy bag, a short skirt, heels I also found at the flea market, and my handmade legwarmers. Edgy and me 🙂
For the second, I threw on baggy jeans, layered a plaid skirt over them, brought back the same black top, and finished it off with my pink Crocs. Same jacket, completely different personality.
For the third look, I pulled out a red mini dress and paired it with the flea market heels. Somehow, the jacket turned what feels like a club dress into something I could actually picture wearing during the day while spending the afternoon in Denver.
And finally, we have comfy casual. Gray sweatpants, my white bedazzled top, long necklaces, the iconic pink crocs and the jacket thrown over.
I love styling clothes like this. I love taking one piece and seeing how many different lives I can give it. I’m so glad I snagged this one for less than $20 because I already know I’m going to wear it constantly
